Terms and Conditions

Participation in Eastern Suburbs Combined Primary Schools Netball Association (ESCPSNA) competitions and activities is subject to our Terms and Conditions of Registration and Participation. These Terms outline the standards of behaviour expected of all Participants, our child safety and competition policies, fee and refund arrangements, safety requirements (including concussion management), and the authority of the Executive to ensure the safe and fair conduct of the competition. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is a mandatory condition of registration and continued participation.

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

ESCPSNA is committed to providing a safe environment for all players.

A current and valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) is mandatory for Executive Committee Members, all Employees of the Association, Coaches and Team Managers. Individuals in these roles must hold a valid WWCC clearance prior to commencing and must provide their WWCC details to their Member School for verification (or to ESCPSNA where directly engaged by the Association).

ESCPSNA strongly recommends that all Committee Members, umpires and regular parent volunteers also obtain a WWCC as part of our shared commitment to child safety. This requirement is governed by ESCPSNA’s Working With Children Check Policy (Feb 2026).

Complaints Process

ESCPSNA takes all incidents and complaints seriously and will address any matters raised by aggrieved parties in accordance with our Member Protection Policy (refer to Attachment 2: Grievance and Complaint Procedure).

All incidents, grievances and complaints must be submitted in writing using the form below and either:

  1. Provided to the Games Day Coordinator at the Umpires’ Office; or

  2. Emailed to the Judiciary Officer at info@escpsna.com.au
